The HK Hub diamond factory at Surat, gathers three buildings all looking towards the centre, making it a circular introvert structure. The centre hosts a large man made reservoir that borrows potable water to quench the water requirements of the factory. Each structure is G+7 with dedicated foyers and reception on the ground floor. Each of these centralized A.C factory buildings face the centre, which consists of amphitheatre, platforms for functions and parties, lawn and playground and lavish landscaping. The exterior of the building is of glass panels while the compound wall and its landscaping merge with the entrance route.
